Recipe
Serves 1
- 1 cup Spinach
- 1/4 cup Fresh Basil, torn
- 1 Roma Tomato, chopped
- 1/8 Avocado, chopped
- 2 Tbsp Fresh Mozzarella, torn
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Mix together the spinach and fresh basil.
- Top with Roma tomatoes, avocado & mozzarella cheese.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
- Enjoy!
